Proven experience in digital marketing
(travel industry experience is a plus).

Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO, and
social media marketing.

Strong creative writing and content creation
skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email,
and live chat.
o
Resolve customer issues related to bookings,
payments, and travel arrangements.
o
Provide information on destinations, travel
policies, and services.
o
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and
professional attitude toward customers.
o
Strong communication and problem-solving
skills.
o
Experience in customer service is a plus.

Ability to work in shifts, including weekends
and holidays.

Write engaging and informative travel
content, including blogs, guides, and itineraries.
o
Research destinations, travel trends, and
industry news.
o
Collaborate with the marketing team to create
SEO-optimized content.
o
Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone
across all content.
o
Passion for writing and storytelling,
especially about travel.
o
Strong research skills and ability to create
informative, engaging content.
o
Familiarity with SEO best practices.
o
Previous experience in travel writing is a plus.
