1. Booking & Payment Policy:

  • A minimum deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid as per the schedule provided by the company, usually before the trip departure date.
  • Full payment is required for instant bookings or any special promotions.
  • Failure to make the final payment on time may result in cancellation of your booking without a refund of any deposit paid.

2. Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email or through the official booking platform.
  • Cancellation fees are applied as follows:

o   30 days or more before departure: Full refund minus administrative fees.

o   15-29 days before departure: 50% of the total booking amount is refunded.

o   7-14 days before departure: 25% of the total booking amount is refunded.

o   Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.

  • In case of no-shows, the full amount will be charged with no refund.

3. Amendments/Changes:

  • Any changes to confirmed bookings (such as dates or itinerary modifications) will incur an administrative fee, plus any additional costs from suppliers.
  • Changes are subject to availability and may not always be possible.

4. Travel Insurance:

  • Travel insurance is mandatory for all bookings. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they are covered for medical emergencies, cancellations, delays, loss of luggage, and other unforeseen events.
  • The company is not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of appropriate insurance coverage.

5. Passport & Visa Requirements:

  • It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have a valid passport and the necessary visas for all countries included in the itinerary.
  • The company is not liable for any travel disruptions caused by passport or visa issues.

6. Health & Safety:

  • Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are fit to travel and participate in the activities included in their itinerary.
  • Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.
  • The company is not liable for any health issues or accidents during the trip, and travelers participate in all activities at their own risk.

7. Changes to Itinerary:

  • The company reserves the right to alter itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, political instability, or other factors beyond its control.
  • Any changes will be communicated to the traveler as soon as possible, and alternative arrangements will be made where possible.
  • Refunds will not be provided for unused services due to itinerary changes.

8. Refunds:

  • Refunds for any unused services (such as hotel stays, tours, or meals) are not guaranteed and are subject to the discretion of the suppliers.
  • If the trip is canceled by the company due to force majeure events (such as natural disasters, pandemics, etc.), a partial refund or future travel credit may be issued, depending on supplier policies.

9. Liability:

  • The company acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport companies, etc.). While the company takes every precaution, it is not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or delay caused by the actions or negligence of third-party suppliers.
  • The company’s liability is limited to the price paid for the trip.

10. Special Requests:

  • Any special requests (e.g., dietary requirements, room preferences) must be communicated at the time of booking. While the company will do its best to accommodate these requests, they cannot be guaranteed.

11. Complaints:

  • Any issues or complaints should be raised immediately with the service provider or company representative during the trip to allow the opportunity for resolution.
  • Complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the trip’s conclusion. Failure to do so may result in the complaint being dismissed.

12. Group Travel & Shared Accommodation:

  • For group tours, travelers may be required to share accommodations with others of the same gender if single occupancy is not available.
  • If a traveler requests a single room, an additional single supplement charge may apply.

13. Promotional Material Usage:

  • The company reserves the right to use photos, videos, and other media from the trip for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included in such materials, please inform the company in writing before the trip.

14. Force Majeure:

  • The company is not responsible for any failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, wars, strikes, or government actions.

15. Governing Law:

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the country where the company is based. Any disputes arising under these terms must be resolved through the appropriate legal channels in that jurisdiction.

16. Acceptance of Terms:

  • The traveler acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions by booking with the company.
